On a darker note...
A dark ale from Ellensburg, Washington!
When I cracked open Iron Horses' Irish Death I was reminded the aroma of nutella spread over burnt toast. The beer was rich and complex notes of hazelnut, chocolate, burnt wheat toast, and freshly ground espresso... I loved it!
Although this beer wasn't "among the best I've ever had" it without questioned a 2/3rds full pint glass!
Prost!

Any time God had made us to have beer, He could possibly have given us stomachs. I recommend craft beer. The country's better then many people.
