Bart Degraff does great work and I had a good laugh when he explained the premise of his piece, the evolution of beer.
I asked Bart about the pint of Pabst Blue Ribbon on the left he laughed and told me about growing up in Colorado during the pre-craft-beer boom. In his alcohol consuming adolescence Bart drank PBR for a lack of other options. With all of the great beer that is available today, he said it's a bit of a slap in the face to see young beer drinkers obsessed with the lowest common denominator. I couldn't agree more.
